To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation the Marlborough Community Choir will only collect, store and use the minimum amount of data on our members that we need to keep you informed of Choir sessions and associated song resources and other activities.
By signing up to each session you give your consent to us maintaining contact data and such other data that is required for legitimate purposes.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and a right to request a copy of the data we hold by emailing Alan Pryor or Emma Pooley.
Unless otherwise agreed, if you do not attend the Choir, we will delete your details from our database after 6 months.
