Christmas Term 2025

Our Christmas term started on Tuesday 4th November at St. Mary’s Primary School, Ducks Meadow, off George Lane, Marlborough SN8 4BX.

In June/July 2025 this year we took part in a ‘Sing-a-thon’ raising money for the Great Western Hospital’s ‘Brighter Futures’ charity, sang at an afternoon tea party in Lockeridge to celebrate the clients and volunteers who work on behalf of the Marlborough and District LINK Scheme, and put on an informal summer concert at St. Mary’s Primary School for friends and family.

We held a concert on Sunday 7th December at 3.30pm at Marlborough Town Hall, we sang in Marlborough Town Hall for a Christmas coffee morning on Thursday 11th December for the u3a in Kennet, and we sang at Merlin Court on Thursday 11th December in the afternoon.

If you are interested in joining the choir, do let us know and we can arrange for you to join us one week for a taster session. Our last rehearsal for this year is on Tuesday 16th December, and our new term starts on on Tuesday 13th January 2026. The overall atmosphere at rehearsals is great with plenty of enthusiasm, laughter, and kindness. We have about 55 singers in the choir.
