Summer Term 2024

Our Summer Term started on Wednesday 17th April following on from our Easter break. We have had a good year so far with good attendance and a great atmosphere at rehearsals.

In our Summer term we are looking forward to taking part in a ‘Sing-a-thon’ raising money for the Great Western Hospital’s ‘Brighter Futures’ charity on Saturday 22nd June, and singing at a wonderful tea party in Lockeridge to celebrate the clients and volunteers who work on behalf of the Marlborough and District LINK Scheme in July.

We are always pleased to welcome new members. If you are thinking of joining the choir you would be very welcome to come and join us one week for a taster session to see if you enjoy singing with us. The only way to find out is to come and give it a go! The overall atmosphere at rehearsals is great with plenty of enthusiasm, laughter, and kindness. We have about 50 singers in the choir.

Our next rehearsal is on Wednesday 1st May 2024, 7.30pm – 9pm in St. Peter’s Church.
